Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on the weekend and on bank holidays will be shipped the next working day. During bank holiday periods delivery times may change.

You will be notified when your order is dispatched and provided with a tracking number. If you are not at your delivery address when delivery is attempted a card will be left allowing you to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot.

EU - Brexit

Orders are shipped to the EU with taxes and duties paid to ensure deliveries are made without additional payment required to receive orders.

Rest of World

As the recipient you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. Payment of such duties and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note that we are unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time as it will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
