We are able to offer a refund up to 28 days after purchase. If a discount was applied to your original order the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item (i.e. damaged or manufacturing fault) we can offer an exchange or a refund.

If you have purchased your item from one of our retail partners please contact the store/website where this was purchased. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items not purchased from our website.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Your Royal London watch is warranted by Condor Group Limited for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions below.

A watch will be repaired or replaced, if it is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. If the same model is not available as a replacement, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided.

The warranty does not cover:

- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.

- Water damage if use of the product did not follow the water resistance guide of the product.

- Defects in materials and workmanship of the battery, case, glass and strap.

- Products that were not purchased from an authorised Royal London retailer. Proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim.
